Dhani Ahmad Prasetyo, better known by Ahmad Dhani or Dhani Manaf, is an Indonesian rock musician, songwriter, arranger, and producer. He was the frontman of Dewa 19 and Ahmad Band, and also a member of the inter-continental band The Rock. Dhani was married to Maia Estianty or popularly known as Maia Ahmad . From his marriage to a woman from Surabaya , they had three sons , named Ahmad Al Ghazali , El Jalaluddin Rumi , and Ahmad Abdul Qadir Jilani . The names are taken from the names of Sufi figure who became an idol Dhani .

Marriage Dhani - Maia began to crack after Maia increasingly popular alongside the Queen . Dhani claims Maia too busy and neglect their children . After a long battle in the media and religious courts , they were officially divorced on September 23 , 2008. Custody their three children , Al , El , and Dul fall into the hands of Maia . For that decision , Dhani intend to appeal . Although custody of children falling into the hands of Maia , but until this moment three sons marriage to Maia , still lives with Dhani .

Coinciding with the 37th birthday year , Dhani digaet by British products , Lee Cooper to issue a special t - shirt , titled Lee Cooper - Ahmad Dhani Collaboration .

Her love of music is evidenced by forming a band when he was still attending Junior High School 6 Surabaya . Many bands that were born from the genius Dhani .
