Gerard Pique Bernabeu ( born February 2, 1987 , age 24 years) is a Spanish national soccer player who once defended Manchester United FC .He defended the club from FC Barcelona B since July 1 , 2004. In the 2006-2007 season he was loaned to Real Zaragoza .

He defended the Spanish national team U17 , U19 , and U21 . Now he defended the club FC Barcelona and became one of the players who brought Spain into a champion in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa  Gerard Pique is the partner of well-known pop singer ' Shakira ' , they both establish a love story since 2010 ago , or rather the world cup 2010. Both couples have been legally married in the year 2013 yesterday and has been awarded a boy named Piqué Mebarak , born on 22 January 2013 ago .

This player has actually started his career with Manchester United, since in 2004 he defended the club nicknamed the Red Devils , was even loaned out to Real Zaragoza for its long season , but because it is rare to get a place in the main squad , finally in 2008 he chose to joined Barcelona .
