Paul Edgar Philippe Martin PC CC, also known as Paul Martin Jr., is a Canadian politician who was the 21st Prime Minister of Canada and leader of the Liberal Party of Canada after being the Canadian Minister of 

Finance. 

His father was Paul Joseph James Martin , is a member of the 33rd in the Canadian House of Commons and Chairman of the Liberal cabinet . Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and philosophy at St Michael 's College , University of Toronto in 1962 . Then Martin went on to study Law School of the University of Toronto In 1965 . and In 1965 Martin was married to Ann Cowan .
