Thiago Emiliano da Silva, commonly known as Thiago Silva, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a central defender for Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain and the Brazilian national team. Thiago Emiliano da Silva was born on September 22 , 1984. First time playing football together Fluminense but started his professional career with the club in the small southern Brazil Rio Grande do Sul , RS Futebol . He then recruited Juventude where he underwent an amazing debut in the First Division 2004 season .

The game attracted European clubs , one of which Porto where he played for the first time a European club . Thiago Silva then move to Dynamo Moscow , while his career fall apart because of an injury . He decided to return to Brazil to build his career back together Fluminense. The Brazilian club, Thiago Silva returned to find performance and is capable of carrying Fluminense finish in the top 15. The next season, Fluminense brought four Campeonato Brasileiro ranks and won the Copa do Brasil, with only conceded 39 goals in 38 games.

December 2008 Thiago Silva move to AC Milan for a transfer of 10 million euros, but was officially introduced as the Rossoneri in July 2009 because Milan had previously brought two non-EU players in the season concerned.
